Both the SG and FG Total 90 boots feature a new stud plate for optimal traction, featuring new circular studs specifically designed to provide reduced stud pressure. The unique and innovative Spinal structural bars provides perfect support, motion control and improved stability.

The air zoom cushioning unit in the heel of the top of the range Total 90 is a well established technology from Nike's sports footwear range. The contoured heel and external heel counter give the player stability, providing ultimate fit and comfort. New and unique Nike injected Phylon midsole provides optimal comfort and further stud pressure reduction.

High-tech pre-moulded EVA sockliner with forefoot and heel Poron inserts give the Nike Air Zoom Total 90 improved protection and added comfort.

Finished off with a soft, supple ultra lightweight synthetic leather upper giving supreme feel and responsiveness, the Nike Total 90 Supremacy features an assymetrical integrated lacing system that eliminates internal layers to provide ultimate fit and touch on the ball.

Coupled with a striking range of colourways, the Air Zoom Total 90 looks as good as it performs and is worn by Wayne Rooney and Rio Ferdinand.
